Approvals	Run through your local council. We supply the engineering and drawings; a local certifier or builder runs the approval.
Who can live in it	Rules vary by state; most allow rental. Confirm locally before you count the income.
Bushfire and wind	Steel frame and Colorbond skin, non-combustible. Standard rating covers most sites.
